DRY DESTONER

Designed to remove stones from grains and pulses. It separates stones from granular products such as wheat, barley, corn, chickpeas, beans, anise, thyme, sesame, rice and hazelnuts.

The product falling on a specially woven steel wire is driven by vibro motors and spread homogeneously over the screen surface. With the internal aspiration system, the product is fluidized on the screen and stones are moved upward by impacts from the wire weave, then discharged from the grain.

Working Principle

Used to remove stones, glass and other high-density materials from the product. The airflow created in the machine floats the product over the screen, while vibration moves heavier materials opposite to the product flow direction and discharges them from the system.
