Our improved automatic weighing and bagging scale automatically weighs and bags all types of food, industrial powder and granular products at the desired weights with high precision. It enables processed products in plants to be weighed automatically between 5 and 50 kg with a sensitive load cell system and filled into bags.

Capacity Information: Depending on the product to be bagged and the required tolerance, the following packaging speed values provide an indication of system capacity.

• 10 tons/hour for 25 kg packages
• 20 tons/hour for 50 kg packages
For 50 kg packages, the tolerance per package varies around ±0.15 kg. In addition, the system is designed to operate at 20 tons/hour for flour or similar products, depending on the average error margin per package.
Packaging Set Values: The operator can select package filling weights between 5-25 kg or 25-50 kg.

The machine can be controlled via a PLC screen. Thanks to its sensitive sensors, it weighs at the exact required weight with a very low error rate and fills the bag automatically. Automatic and manual operation modes support high-capacity bagging processes. Instant weighing and completed bag filling operations can be monitored on the screen.
