Six-Deck Grading Machine

The six-deck grading machine separates the product only by size and is not used for cleaning purposes.
It differs from the five-deck grading machine by having one additional screening deck.
The machine separates the product into seven different sizes and removes broken pieces from the product.
Function of the Machine: The product entering the feeding hopper is screened by vibration generated through eccentric bearings and separated into seven sizes as undersize and oversize fractions.
Working Principle: The product discharged onto the screening deck is vibrated by the eccentric system. Brushes under the screen prevent clogging and increase efficiency. A total of seven product sizes are obtained.
Products Improved: Soybean, chickpea, bean, red bean, broad bean, sesame, lentil, wheat, rice, sunflower seed, cumin, etc.
