Bag Dumping Unit Working Principle and Advantages

Bag Dumping Unit raw materials arriving in sacks or kraft bags are placed on the emptying unit by the operator. Bags are cut or opened, and the material flows by gravity into the unit bunker. Dust generated during discharge is drawn to the dust collection filter by the unit fan. Clean air is discharged to the atmosphere, while separated dust particles are returned to the bunker. The material temporarily stored in the bunker is transferred to the next system by equipment such as rotary feeder, airlock, screw conveyor or vibrating doser.
