Weak and shriveled grains in the product are separated by vacuum suction. The vacuum process is repeated 5 times to achieve a high level of cleaning. The machine has two screening decks. With this screen, small undersize particles are separated. In the two-deck precision cleaning and screening machine, two product sizes are obtained. The screen used in the deck is used both for cleaning and for separating the product by size. This machine can be used only for cleaning. It can be manufactured as wheeled or fixed.
The two-deck precision cleaning and screening machine differs from the single-deck precision cleaning and screening machine by having one additional screening deck. This machine can perform cleaning and also separate the product into two sizes.
