Bag and Big Bag Weighing and Filling Machine (with Weighing Scale); This is a combined packaging system designed for industrial facilities, enabling the high-precision weighing and filling of powders, granules and all types of bulk materials into both standard bags (25–50 kg) and large industrial big bags (500–2000 kg) at a single station.

As can be seen from the general layout in the illustration, by combining two different filling mechanisms on a single compact chassis, it saves space in facilities whilst also offering operational flexibility.

Principle of Operation: Raw material arriving at the upper hopper is transferred to a weighing mechanism fitted with precision load cells. Depending on the selected filling mode (bag or big bag), the system automatically determines the target weight and achieves waste-free filling by controlling the flow with millimetre precision via pneumatic valves:

• Rapid Bag Filling with the Hopper System: When the machine is switched to bag mode, the upper hopper quickly weighs the raw material and holds it ready. As soon as the operator places the bag into the filling spout, pneumatic clamps secure the bag and the hopper empties rapidly. The filled bag drops onto the belt conveyor at the bottom and moves towards the automatic sewing machine. Meanwhile, the hopper has already begun the weighing process for the next bag.Integrated Big Bag Filling Mode: When the system is switched to big bag mode, the pneumatic suspension hooks and the flexible bellows-type filling spout located on the machine’s lower support frame are activated. Heavy-duty big bags are easily attached to the hooks, and thanks to the leak-proof bellows system, the high-capacity weighing and filling process is completed dust-free and safely.

  Flexible and Modular Control: Switching between bags and big bags is carried out at the touch of a button via the fully PLC-controlled touchscreen operator panel. Thanks to recipe management, calibrations are stored in memory according to different product densities and target weights.

  Industrial Durability: The steel-framed body, suitable for operation under harsh conditions, combined with food-grade stainless steel product contact surface options and low-maintenance pneumatic components, ensures a trouble-free service life.
