The SRD Machine Silo Discharger ensures that the material is discharged from the silo in a regular, continuous and homogeneous manner thanks to the controlled vibration generated by its vibro motor technology.

Technical Design and Components

Our silo dischargers are manufactured to advanced engineering standards to ensure trouble-free operation even under high static loads:

Vibrating Conical Body: The lower conical body, which directs the flow of material, is connected to the silo body (upper body) via vibration-damping rubber bushings and high-strength suspension bolts. This structure ensures that vibration is confined solely to the discharge conical body, thereby preventing mechanical fatigue of the main silo body.

Special Flexible Connection Elements: Special flexible connections ensuring a seal between the lower and upper bodies fully adapt to the vibrating motion whilst preventing dust leakage by 100%.

Vibro Motor Integration: The vibro motor, which provides the driving force, is mounted directly onto the lower conical body, transmitting the vibrating motion directly to the raw material.
