VIBRATING SCREEN

Vibrating screens are among the screen types with a very wide range of applications. With different screen widths, they help calibrate products, remove foreign materials and allow particles of the same size to enter the process. Vibration is generated by vibrators mounted on the chassis according to the product and working principle.

Material contact surfaces are made of 2.5 mm statically painted sheet metal or fully manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel. The carrier frame is manufactured from 2.5 mm DKP steel and painted.

4 vibration springs
Hole diameter: 2 mm (manufactured on request)
Upper protection cover is optional.
Material feeding should be regular from a continuous source.
Bunker and platform options are offered for irregular loads.
Suitable for food production.
Screens can be supplied with any desired hole diameter.
Since the screen is connected to the body with clips, assembly and disassembly are very fast.
