Function of the Machine:

The stone separator machine is used to separate stones and foreign materials that have the same size but different specific gravity from seeds.

It is used to separate stones, foreign seeds, soil, glass and similar heavy particles from dry granular grains and pulses that have been pre-cleaned, precision-cleaned and graded for the best result. It is effective for all grain and pulse products, sunflower seed, cumin and sesame. Thanks to its high vacuum feature, it also removes light waste and dust.

Working Principle of the Machine:

The product is transferred to the holding silo by bucket elevator and then discharged to the main machine by a vibro feeder. The vibration created by the eccentric system and the air supplied from below allow seeds to be separated from stones and heavier foreign materials. A bagging chute is available for bagging the cleaned product.
