Working Principle

The system is engineered to provide a fully homogeneous coating without compromising the physical structure of the seed:

Dosing: As the product moves through the mixing auger, it passes through a liquid or powder disc. At this stage, the raw material makes its first contact with the pesticide.

Homogeneous Mixing: The specially designed screw system ensures that, as the product moves forward, the pesticide penetrates each seed in equal quantities.

Gentle Contact: The arms in the mixing system are coated with silicone. This ensures that the seeds do not suffer mechanical damage during processing, and the screw body is continuously cleaned to prevent product blockages.
