Feed Dosing System; an integrated automation solution that enables macro raw materials and micro-components (vitamins, premixes, minerals) to be weighed with high precision and automatically fed into the mixer unit in accordance with the target ration formula at feed production facilities.

Principle of Operation: The system consists of two synchronised units, tailored to production capacity and precision requirements:

Macro-ingredient Dosing: Main raw materials are transferred from silos—equipped with a minimum 60° flow angle to prevent blockages—to the weighing hopper via speed-controlled (inverter-driven) feeders. Following precise weight control via the load cell and indicator unit, the material is rapidly discharged into the lower bunker through the pneumatic wagon slide gate using pressure-balanced vent pipes.

Micro-Dosing (Premix): High-value-added and precise vitamins/minerals are stored in AISI 304 stainless steel silos. Stainless steel helical conveyors, wound with a special pitch, are engaged to achieve the milligram-level values specified in the formula. Premixes that have undergone precise weighing in the pneumatically controlled dosing hopper, equipped with an actuator-operated leak-proof valve system, are transferred to the mixer line in a loss-free and homogeneous manner.
