It is used to coat the outer surfaces of seeds, nuts and similar products. The machine first weighs the product up to a maximum of 50 kg in its weighing hopper and discharges it onto a high-speed rotating disc. The product gains acceleration inside the disc and rolls due to friction. During this process, liquid and powder treatment agents, food additives or similar materials are added to coat the product surface. Finally, the product is discharged by means of a flap.

The system is fully automatically controlled from the PLC screen.

The machine includes a dosing pump, one liquid tube and a liquid tank. According to user needs, a double pumping tube and liquid tank, as well as a powder product tank and auger, can be added to the operating system. The powder auger can feed powder onto the disc at the desired weight and time.
