Wheat Screening Plant cleans natural product coming from the field by separating foreign seeds and unwanted materials, and calibrates it to the desired sizes. With an inlet capacity of 3/5 tons per hour, the plant processes natural product with 95-97% cleaning efficiency. By adding a color sorter, the cleaning rate can be increased up to 99.9%.

In our Wheat Screening Plant;

1- With the De-awning Machine, awned grains are cleaned and coarse particles are directed to the pre-cleaner and radial tarar.

2- With the Pre-cleaner and Radial Tarar, unwanted coarse and dusty materials are removed, and the cleaned product is directed to sizing and grading.
