Four Deck Screen Cleaner (Pre-cleaning and Fine-cleaning Screen); a high-performance seed processing machine capable of performing the pre-cleaning, fine cleaning and sizing (grading) of pulses, cereals and all dry-seeded agricultural products within a single compact chamber; equipped with a powerful vacuum system and four independent screening trays, it can be manufactured as a fixed or mobile (wheeled) unit.

Working Principle: The raw material entering the machine undergoes both aerodynamic and dimensional separation tests within a single chamber. The system operates by integrating mechanical screening with multi-stage aspiration (air suction) principles:

• 4-Stage Vacuum System: The machine features an advanced aspirator design with high suction power. Dust, husks, straw and, in particular, hollow, weak or brittle grains are separated from the main mass by the suction force of the air flow. To achieve the highest cleaning efficiency, this vacuuming process is repeated a total of four times along the line.
• Multi-Tray Mechanical Separation: The raw material, having passed through the air cleaning stage, is conveyed to four independent screening trays arranged one above the other. These trays both separate the fine particles that fall through the screens from the main product and classify the grains into categories based on their millimetre-level length and width dimensions.
