Technical Specifications of the System (Electronic Section):
Capacity: Can be selected between 5 tons/hour and 15 tons/hour depending on the product to be bagged and the desired tolerance. Estimated error per bag is +/- 50 grams.
Set Value: Can be adjusted by the operator.
Fast-Slow Speed: The single-hopper bagging scale has two default values: fast and slow. Different products to be bagged can be entered. In precise and fast weighing mode, it switches to slow speed. The ideal setting is completed automatically according to the product and silo capacity.
Bag sizes: Filling can be made into bags between 5 and 50 kg.
Total number of filled bags can be monitored on the screen when desired.
The fill level in the hopper is controlled automatically by sensors.
The PLC control unit in the single-hopper bagging scale provides precise and reliable weighing and filling control.
