Seed Screening Plant cleans natural product coming from the field by separating foreign seeds and unwanted materials, and calibrates it to the desired sizes. With an inlet capacity of 3/5 tons per hour, the plant processes natural product with 95-97% cleaning efficiency. By adding a color sorter, the cleaning rate can be increased up to 99.9%.
In our Seed Screening Plant;
1- With the De-awning Machine, awned grains in barley are cleaned to support better germination and the product is sent to the pre-cleaner and radial tarar for removal of coarse particles.
2- With the Pre-cleaner and Radial Tarar, unwanted coarse and dusty materials are removed from the product. The cleaned product is then directed to sizing and grading stages.
The 3-5 t/h seed screening plant is designed for cleaning, grading and sizing seed products with high efficiency. It can be configured with additional equipment such as a color sorter according to the required purity level and product type.
