Two-Deck Fine Screen Cleaner; a high-efficiency seed processing machine capable of performing both preliminary and fine cleaning of pulses, cereals and all dry-grained agricultural products within a single compact unit; equipped with a powerful vacuum system and two independent screening trays, and available in both fixed and mobile (wheeled) configurations.

Operating Principle: The machine integrates both aerodynamic cleaning via airflow and dimensional separation via screens within a single operational unit:

• 5-Stage Vacuum Technology: The machine is equipped with an advanced aspiration system offering high suction power. As the product enters the system, dust, husks, debris and, in particular, hollow, weak or underdeveloped grains are separated from the main mass by the suction force of the air flow. To maintain the highest standard of cleaning quality, this vacuuming process is repeated exactly five times along the line.
• 2-Tray Mechanical Separation: The raw material, having passed through the powerful air cleaning system, is directed to two independent screening trays positioned one above the other. Offering an additional screening layer compared to single-tray models, these trays perfectly separate small particles and fragments from the main product whilst classifying the grains into categories based on their size.
