The Bagging Scale is a modular packaging line system designed for the flour, feed, grain and pulses industries, enabling the filling of open-mouth bags weighing between 20 and 50 kg with powdered or granular products; it features, as standard, pneumatic bag clamping, integrated control automation, belt conveyors and sewing units.

Operating Principle and Model Structure: In all models, when the operator places the bag in the opening, pneumatic pistons automatically grip the bag securely, and the integrated automation panel manages the filling process. The system operates with two different model architectures and end-of-line solutions depending on capacity:

• Mechanical Weighing (Weighing in Bag): Weighing is performed using a mechanical counterweight system, whilst bag gripping is carried out by pneumatic pistons, and the system operates with basic automation control.
• Load Cell Weighing (Weighing in Bag): Whilst the bag is held by pneumatic arms, digital and precise weighing is carried out via load cells; the PLC-controlled lid completes the filling at a slow speed.

End-of-Line Integration: The sacks released by the pneumatic arms after filling fall onto a conveyor belt manufactured to the required length and proceed towards the sewing station. On the station belt, the bag mouth is sealed using either manual hanging, automatic column-type or custom sewing machines, depending on the facility’s automation preferences, and the packaging process is completed flawlessly.
