Working Principle

Vibro Screens deliver uninterrupted performance thanks to their robust construction and advanced vibration technology:

Vibration Technology: High-efficiency vibro motors positioned at the rear of the machine transmit vibrations to the screen body at the desired frequency. This vibration ensures the product is distributed evenly across the screen surface.

Multi-Stage Screening System: Thanks to the multi-stage design option, the product passes through screen apertures that decrease in size from top to bottom, separating it into different size groups (fractions).

Dust and Particle Separation: On the screen surface, particle and dust separation is carried out according to the required capacity, resulting in the ideal product size.
