A machine that protects seeds by coating them sensitively with chemical treatment against insects, fungal development and similar risks.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

As the product moves into the machine mixing screw, it is treated while passing through the liquid or powder disc. The screw mixes the product and ensures complete coating. The arms in the mixing system are silicone coated, preventing seed damage during treatment and cleaning the screw body to avoid product jamming. Product-contact surfaces are manufactured from stainless steel. With PLC control, the liquid ratio can be automatically adjusted to the desired amount.
