The light grain separator is used to separate light-grain foreign materials among previously graded products, such as weak, damaged, moisture-lost and discolored grains. Product quality is improved by passing the cleaned product through the light grain separator. It works very effectively on sesame and cumin products and is essential for agricultural products such as barley and wheat. The germination rate of seeds passing through the machine increases noticeably.
Function of the Machine:
It separates light and low-density impurities from previously graded products and increases product quality.
Working Principle of the Machine:
The product transferred to the holding silo by elevator is discharged onto the table of the light grain separator. The vibration applied to the table is controlled by speed control devices. The inclination of the table can be easily adjusted right-left and front-back by the hydraulic system.
Products suitable for the machine: pulses, grains, cumin, sesame, etc.
