The polishing machine has many applications. It can be used for pulses, flower seeds, vegetable seeds, field and garden seeds for polishing or removing the outer membrane/husk.

One of the first steps in fine and sensitive seed cleaning is polishing / outer membrane or husk removal.

During cleaning required for long-term seed storage, unwanted elements such as membranes, fuzz, awns, tails and wings on some seed shells are removed without damaging the seed. Seeds stuck together are separated without damage. Sunflower seeds intended for snack consumption can be polished for the retail sector.

With the PLC system of the polishing machine, all machine parameters can be easily controlled, for example:

– Product quantity entering the machine

– Cylinder rotation amount to the right

– Cylinder rotation amount to the left

– Waiting time between rotations

– Cylinder speed

– Aspirator speed
