The Six Deck Seed Grader is a calibration machine designed to sort cereals, pulses, oilseeds and nuts (such as chickpeas, beans, lentils and sunflower seeds) that have already undergone preliminary cleaning or do not require cleaning, classifying them solely by size with millimetre precision. Whilst separating the product into exactly six different sizes, it also successfully removes broken grains and, when used prior to colour sorting (Sortex) machines, maximises the line’s overall capacity and precision.
