Operational Description of the Big Bag Discharging System
Big bag discharging systems may vary according to the process. Forklift discharge and crane discharge systems differ from each other, and the selection is also related to the flowability of the incoming bulk material.

In crane operation, a 2-ton SWF chain hoist with 6 m travel and 4 movements is mounted on the IPE 250 material at the top of the discharge station. The crane moves forward, separates from the main chassis of the 1500 mm big bag discharge platform and comes forward to lift the bag. The carrying loops of the bag are attached to the lifting cross of the big bag discharging unit, the bag is placed on the discharge cone and its mouth is closed with pneumatic cylinders. The tied mouth of the bag is opened, and the flow rate is adjusted from the touch panel or operator panel on a 1-10 scale. During flow, auger conveyor or pneumatic conveying groups connected to the inverter can be controlled from the panel.
