The Three Deck Fine Screen Cleaner is a high-efficiency seed processing machine capable of performing both preliminary and fine cleaning of pulses, cereals and all dry-grained agricultural products within a single compact unit; equipped with a powerful vacuum system and three independent screening trays, it can be manufactured as either a stationary or mobile (wheeled) unit.

Operating Principle: The machine integrates both aerodynamic cleaning via airflow and dimensional separation via screens within a single operational unit:

• Vacuum Technology: The machine is equipped with an advanced aspiration system featuring high suction power. When the product enters the system, dust, husks, chaff and, in particular, hollow, weak or underdeveloped grains are separated from the main mass by the suction force of the air flow.
• 3-Tray Mechanical Separation: The raw material, having passed through the powerful air cleaning system, is conveyed to three independently positioned screening trays. These trays provide an additional screening layer compared to two-tray models, effectively separating both undersize particles and fragments from the main product.
