SRD Machinery Technologies

The foundations of SRD Machinery date back to 1989. Our company, which started production in 2005, obtained the SRD Machinery trademark patent in 2008 and added conveying system elevators to its portfolio. In 2011, our company gave importance to corporatization and institutionalization. Today, operating in a 5300 m² indoor area, our company manufactures seed, grain, cereal and pulse cleaning machinery such as seed processing and cleaning machines, sieves, destoners, pre-cleaners, radial separators, trieurs, light grain machines, continuous type liquid treatment machines, as well as indoor silos required for these systems, storage and bunkers, bucket elevators, conveyors for food and pulses, high-capacity Z elevators for packaging machines, multi-discharge elevators, and bagging scales from 5 kg to 50 kg. In short, our company carries out turnkey plants and manufactures machinery required by customers in their respective sectors.

SRD Machinery carries out project design in Solidworks environment and performs laser cutting and bending even for a single machine. It produces its products in a modular system and has reduced welding rates to 20% by switching completely to a bolted system. SRD Machinery paints all its products with electrostatic oven coating. With its Elevatorsan brand, it has prioritized customer satisfaction in the facilities it has established domestically and internationally. Our company, which has exported to 25 countries to date, has also contributed to our country's economy. SRD Machinery manufactures all machines required from cleaning to packaging processes of seeds, grains, cereals, oilseeds, nuts, sunflower seeds, sesame, black cumin, chickpeas, beans, hazelnuts, peanuts and similar products as domestic production. Our company holds ISO and CE certificates and continues production with expert teams and engineers in its field. Giving priority to human training, our company pays attention to hygiene and cleanliness in line with today’s conditions.
