Feed Grinder; a stationary, electric-motor-driven feed preparation machine used in livestock farms and agricultural holdings to grind dry grains (barley, wheat, maize, rye, oats, etc.) with high efficiency, thereby converting them into a healthy feed supplement.

Working Principle: The machine operates on the principle of synchronising high-speed mechanical rotation with sieve filtration:

• Centrifugal Crushing System: In the hammer mill system driven by an electric motor, the blades are attached to the discs at a single point via a pin. During high-speed rotation, the blades open due to centrifugal force, rapidly crushing and grinding the raw material fed into the centre.
• 360° Sieve and Coarseness Adjustment: The perimeter of the crushing chamber is covered with a 360-degree sieve. The desired fineness or coarseness of the feed is controlled by easily changing sieves with different mesh sizes.
• Screw Conveyor Discharge: The feed that has been ground and screened is discharged directly into bags via an integrated screw conveyor.

Raw Material Criteria: To achieve maximum grinding efficiency, the products to be processed must be completely dry; damp and oily feed is not suitable for high-performance grinding.
