The Vibratory Sieve Seed Pre-Cleaner is a floor-mounted screening machine designed specifically for pre-cleaning (coarse cleaning) to remove dust, coarse particles, debris and straw from agricultural products before they enter processing or storage lines.

Operating Principle: The machine operates through a combination of a dual-motor vibration mechanism and an adjustable air duct at the outlet:

• Vibratory Screening: The product, fed onto the screen via an elevator, moves forward under the vibration created by the right and left vibro motors, separating from dust and coarse particles.
• Ball Cleaning System: Unlike standard mechanisms, the underside of the screen is cleaned using special bouncing balls. These balls prevent the pores from becoming blocked, ensuring that the screening speed and efficiency are maintained at a constant maximum.
• Air Channel Separation: As the product passes through the screen, light debris, straw and fine particles are drawn away from the product by suction as it passes through the adjustable air channel at the front.
• Capacity and Speed Control: Thanks to the integrated speed control unit, the raw material feed capacity and screening speed can be easily optimised; continuous operation is ensured by long-lasting vibration motors.
