Big Bag Filling Scale; a fully electronic, automatic filling system designed for the high-precision packaging of bulk materials (such as salt, sugar, plastic, granular chemicals, construction materials, etc.) weighing between 250 kg and 1,500 kg in sectors such as chemicals, food, mining and construction. It can be customised with belt, screw, vibro or free-flow feeding options depending on the physical properties of the product.

Operating Principle: When the bag is placed at the filling point, the filling spout descends to grip the bag opening, and a pneumatic system inflates a rubber seal to ensure a completely leak-proof seal. The PLC-controlled feeding system (screw, vibro or belt, selected according to the product type) carries out the filling until the target weight is reached. Once weighing is complete via precision load cells, the feeder stops; the bag opening is released and the automatic hook mechanism releases the bag, completing the filling cycle. The system can digitally record weight and count reports.
