Description
This machine separates pre-cleaned products, or products that do not require cleaning, into two different sizes or removes broken pieces from the product. The single-deck grading machine is generally placed under the photosorter (color sorting) machine and used for final control. It can optionally be manufactured as fixed or mobile (wheeled).

The single-deck grading machine separates the product only by size and is not used for cleaning purposes.
Function of the Machine:
The product entering the feeding hopper is screened by the vibration generated through eccentric bearings, separating it into undersize and oversize fractions.
The single-deck grading machine has one screening deck. Therefore, the product can be separated into a maximum of two sizes.
Working Principle of the Machine:
In the single-deck grading machine, the product discharged onto the screening deck is vibrated by the eccentric system and the screening process takes place. Brushes under the screen prevent the holes from clogging and increase efficiency.
With the single-deck grading machine, a total of two product sizes are obtained.
