Thanks to its adjustable steel rollers (the flaking rollers are solid steel, not hollow pipes), the machine professionally converts all types of grains and pulses into feed and barley flakes, from chick feed to cattle, sheep and goat feed.

This model is a 380 V electric feed flaking machine used for flaking barley, wheat and corn.

Roller diameter is 40-60-100 cm. The roller gap can be opened and closed between 0 cm and 15 cm. The rollers are made of solid grooved heat-treated steel.

Flaking products include wheat, barley, vetch and corn. It performs flaking between 700 kg and 4000 kg per hour.

The motor is Gamak or Yılmaz brand. Motor power is 11-15 kW depending on capacity and reaches a maximum of 1400 rpm.

The operating system uses a 16 amp thermal switch.

Warranty and service are provided for 24 months.

Spare parts availability is guaranteed for 10 years.
