Cylindrical Screening Machine; a compact, stainless steel screening unit designed for use in recycling plants and solid waste processing lines, enabling the continuous, uninterrupted and highly efficient separation of materials and solid waste of various sizes into the desired dimensions using a cylindrical drum.

Working Principle: Positioned at the starting point of the recycling and sorting line, the machine features an inclined screen drum structure perforated with holes of specific diameters according to the plant’s requirements. Mixed solid waste or bulk materials arriving from the feed conveyor are transferred into the rotating drum. Thanks to the drum’s rotational movement and inclined structure, the material moves along the cylinder.

During this process, materials smaller than the hole diameters on the drum pass through the screen under the influence of gravity and rotational force, falling into the lower collection section and being directed to the discharge conveyor; larger waste particles, however, continue to the end of the drum and are conveyed to the subsequent stages of the line. Offering maximum mechanical performance with minimum energy consumption, this system is optimised for continuous production lines with its modular design, which facilitates easy replacement of spare parts.

[1140,1146

post-15325","product","type-product","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","product_cat-products","product_cat-screening-machines","first","instock","shipping-taxable","product-type-simple
