Mixed solid waste or bulk materials arriving from the feed conveyor are transferred into the rotating drum. Thanks to the drum\u2019s rotational movement and inclined structure, the material moves along the cylinder.<\/p>\n<p>During this process, materials smaller than the hole diameters on the drum pass through the screen under the influence of gravity and rotational force, falling into the lower collection section and being directed to the discharge conveyor; larger waste particles, however, continue to the end of the drum and are conveyed to the subsequent stages of the line.
