Principle of Operation: The system consists of two synchronised units, tailored to production capacity and precision requirements:<\/p>\n
Macro-ingredient Dosing: Main raw materials are transferred from silos\u2014equipped with a minimum 60\u00b0 flow angle to prevent blockages\u2014to the weighing hopper via speed-controlled (inverter-driven) feeders. Following precise weight control via the load cell and indicator unit, the material is rapidly discharged into the lower bunker through the pneumatic wagon slide gate using pressure-balanced vent pipes.<\/p>\n
Micro-Dosing (Premix): High-value-added and precise vitamins\/minerals are stored in AISI 304 stainless steel silos. Stainless steel helical conveyors, wound with a special pitch, are engaged to achieve the milligram-level values specified in the formula. Premixes that have undergone precise weighing in the pneumatically controlled dosing hopper, equipped with an actuator-operated leak-proof valve system, are transferred to the mixer line in a loss-free and homogeneous manner.<\/p>\n
