The system operates with three different model architectures and end-of-line solutions depending on capacity:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Single Scale (Pre-Bagging):<\/strong> The product is weighed on a single, independent scale above before the bag is fitted, and the prepared dose is discharged into the bag held by pneumatic arms in a single operation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Double Scale (Pre-Bagging):<\/strong> Two weighing scales operate in synchronisation; whilst one discharges into the bag, the other weighs the next batch above, thereby increasing speed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Quadruple Scale (Pre-Bagging):<\/strong> This operates on the principle of four independent weighing hoppers working in a sequential and continuous cycle. Designed for high-capacity, continuous-operation industrial lines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>End-of-Line Integration:<\/strong> Bags released by the pneumatic arms after filling fall onto a conveyor belt manufactured to the required length and proceed towards the sewing station. On the station belt, the bag mouth is sealed using hanging manual, column-mounted automatic or special sewing machines, depending on the plant\u2019s automation preferences, and the packaging process is completed
