The SRD Machine Dust Cyclone is a highly efficient static separator designed specifically to separate dust, straw and other light foreign matter generated in grain processing and cleaning sections.<\/p>\n<p>Principle of Operation<\/p>\n<p>Cyclones operate based on aerodynamic principles (centrifugal effect) with a design containing no moving parts:<\/p>\n<p>Air and Dust Inlet: Dust-laden air, drawn in by an external extractor fan, is forced tangentially into the top of the cyclone.<\/p>\n<p>Centrifugal Separation: The cyclone\u2019s conical structure causes the incoming air to rotate at high speed, creating a vortex.
