Single Deck Screening Machine

It is a machine that allows the products that have been previously cleaned or do not need to be cleaned to be separated into two different paints or to remove the broken parts inside. Single Tray Sorting Machine is generally used for final control purposes by placing the Fotosorter (Color Sorting) at the bottom of the machine. Optionally, it can be produced as fixed or mobile (with wheels).

Task of the Machine:
The product coming to the feeding chamber is sieved by the effect of vibration created by eccentric bearings, and the product is separated into two dimensions: under-sieve and over-sieve.

There is one screening boat in the Single Hull Sorting machine. Therefore, the product is divided into at most two dimensions.

Working Principle of the Machine:
In the single-tub sorting machine, the product poured onto the sieving trough is sieved by applying vibration by the eccentric system. Thanks to the brushes at the bottom of the sieve, it increases the efficiency by ensuring that the holes are not blocked.
With a single vessel grading machine, a total of two sizes of products are obtained.
