Our conveyor bag sealing machine seals your bags in 3 steps. How?

In the first stage, the bag taken from the right side of the conveyor is sealed by upper and lower heating jaws at high temperature adjustable up to 300°C with a sealing width of 12 mm. Thanks to Teflon belts, the heating jaws do not damage the bag.

In the second stage, upper and lower cooling blocks provide rapid cooling.

In the third stage, the cooled bag mouth passes between a metal ball and rubber rollers under pressure, ensuring full sealing.

All three stages are completed automatically by the machine in only one or two seconds depending on conveyor speed, without manual intervention.

With our bag sealing machine, you can easily seal autoclave bags, metallized bags, nylon bags, aluminum bags, side-gusset bags, stand-up pouches, zipper bags and kraft bags.

We continuously keep consumables such as Teflon belt, timing belt, ink rollers and heater resistances in stock.
