These machines separate pre-cleaned products, or products that do not require cleaning, into 2-3-4-5-6 different sizes or remove broken pieces from the product. They can also be used before the color sorting machine to increase machine capacity. Single-deck, double-deck and 3-4-5-6 deck models are available in capacities suitable for the product. Standard models are available as mobile and fixed versions.
The five-deck grading machine separates pre-cleaned products, or products that do not require cleaning, into six different sizes or removes broken pieces from the product. It is generally placed under the photosorter (color sorting) machine and used for final control. It can optionally be manufactured as fixed or mobile (wheeled).
The five-deck grading machine separates the product only by size and is not used for cleaning purposes.
It differs from the four-deck grading machine by having one additional screening deck.
The machine separates the product into six different sizes and removes broken pieces from the product.
