Working Principle

The machine operates through the perfect synergy of aerodynamic principles and mechanical vibration:

Floating Effect: A precise airflow generated by the internal suction system causes the product to ‘float’ on the screen. At this stage, the lighter grains move across the screen like a liquid.

Vibro Drive: The product falling onto the specially woven steel wire screen is spread evenly by vibro motors.

Counter-Flow Separation: As the product moves in the direction of flow under the influence of vibration and the air current, heavy materials such as stones and glass are forced to move in the opposite direction by impacts against the screen wires and are ejected from the system.
